Signing up for the Escapees Mail Service is simple!
Start by selecting the service category that best fits your needs. If you plan to use your Escapees Mail Service address as your legal domicile, be sure to choose your domicile state. Once you’ve made your selections, just subscribe! After signing up, you’ll receive the required forms to complete your setup based on the service you chose.

New mail service accounts require a $50 one-time enrollment fee and a $50 postage deposit.

One Great Mail Forwarding Service
Mail forwarding service customers who wish to utilize an address in Florida or South Dakota will also be assigned an address with our Texas mail service. FL and SD customers should use their FL or SD address (respectively) only for state and domicile-specific mail, such as driver license, vehicle registrations, voter registrations, etc. Learn more.

Once you subscribe, we’ll send you the required forms based on your selected service—along with detailed instructions and step-by-step tools to help you complete them easily.

- USPS PS Form 1583 (Federal Requirement for All Mail Services)
Important: US postal regulations require that you sign the USPS Form 1583 before a notary public, who must certify your signature on the form. The form may be notarized in person or done through an online notary.

Yes, the mail service is a benefit available only to members of the Escapees RV Club. There are many other benefits as well!
You will have a street address and a personal mail box (PMB) number on Rainbow Drive in Livingston, Texas. It will look something like this:
101 Rainbow Dr, # xxxxx

If you’re domiciled in Florida or South Dakota, you will also receive an address in one of those states that you’ll use only for state specific documents such as drivers license and vehicle registration.
We can’t assign your address until we have received all of your required sign-up forms and your payment.
As part of the signup process, each subscriber must complete Postal Form 1583. This form is required by law, and gives Escapees Mail Service the right to act as your mail-receiving agent. Identification is required.
According to US Postal Service regulations, Postal Form 1583 must be notarized.
You may use an online notary or have your document notarized in person.

Yes, you can sign up online.
No, you can be domiciled in any state. Although many members use their mail service address as their legal address for establishing domicile, it’s not required. Many other members keep their existing domicile, and use our mail forwarding service just for the convenience it offers.
Yes, you can use your Escapees Mail Service address in Texas, Florida or South Dakota as your residence address for driver’s licensing, vehicle titles, voter registration and other legal purposes. Please see our information on domicile for more details.
After we give you your new address, you can begin using it just as if you had moved to a new house. Notify any person or company that regularly sends you mail and give them your new Escapees Mail Service address. Also, change your address with the US Postal Service online here.
No, you do not have to change your domicile, but it is an option to use your mail forwarding address as your domicile when using our service.
No, domicile is an option that allows you to choose Texas, Florida or South Dakota as your legal address. Mail forwarding is the actual service Escapees provides for those in the mail service that enables you to receive your mail.
