Payment Authorization
By scheduling a Virtual Signature Appointment, you authorize Mail Service to deduct the applicable appointment fee directly from your Postage Account. The appointment fee will be deducted upon completion of the appointment or in the event of a No-Show.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• 24+ hours prior – No fee deducted
• Less than 24 hours prior – Full appointment fee deducted
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted through the provided scheduling link.

No-Show Policy
You will be considered a No-Show if you:
• Fail to attend the scheduled appointment
• Arrive more than five (5) minutes late
• Do not have required unsigned documents ready
• Do not present valid government-issued identification
• Are unable to complete the appointment due to lack of preparation
In the event of a No-Show, the full appointment fee will be deducted from your Postage Account. A new appointment must be scheduled separately.

Technical Issues
If the appointment cannot proceed due to technical issues on the part of Mail Service, the appointment will be rescheduled at no charge. If technical issues occur on the customer’s side that prevent completion of the appointment, the appointment may be treated as a No-Show.
