The Escapees Mail Service Mobile App will make your mail service account more accessible and easier to use during your travels. Now you can easily update your mailing instructions, manage mail scans, and access essential account features anytime, anywhere.
With the My Mail Service (MMS) mobile app, you can:
- Update your account information
- View your address and digital card
- Check your account expiration date

After updating the app, make sure to allow notifications on your phone to get important updates. Note: If more than one device is using the same account, you will need to turn on notifications for each device.
Make sure that you have version 1.0.32 or later for the new features.

What’s my app login?
Your username and password are the same ones you use to log into your online account/member dashboard. There’s an option to set up your online account if you haven’t done so yet (click “New Member”). Make sure to check “Keep Me Logged In,” if you don’t want to enter your information every time you open the app.
How do I use the app?
Your account vitals and last mailing info are right on the homepage. Click into either section to explore more features, update settings, request mail, and access your mail scans.
The menu on the bottom allows you to navigate to other sections of the app. Don’t forget to click on the “Misc” tab (RV icon). There you’ll be able to send an email message to Member Services for club business or mail service, access member directories, or check out the event calendar.
We want to hear about your experiences, good or bad, using the app. Under the “Misc” section, you’ll find a link for feedback.
